Schedule, fare, and availability data may be protected by copyright of Discountfares.com, AMADEUS reservation system and/or others. You may not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise derive source code from the software, reproduce, distribute, publish, license, modify, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, rent or lease any information, software products or services obtained from this site without the express written permission of Discountfares.

USE OF SITE. You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep our site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a- week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. SPECIAL REQUESTS If you have special requests (such as aisle seats, smoking room, pet accommodations, view, floor location, etc.), you must contact the Supplier directly after your purchase is confirmed and make appropriate arrangements, subject to availability. When making a purchase on the Site, you expressly accept the possibility that the Supplier may not satisfy such special requests. No purchase or reservation may be canceled based on the failure of a Supplier to satisfy special requests.

REGISTRATION We do not require registration for you to use the Site. However, if you choose to purchase a Package, you will be asked to provide certain information that we must have to process your purchase, such as your name, billing address, phone number and email address. In addition, if you sign up to receive our emails, you will be asked to provide information such as your first name, email address, zip code and preferred departure city. In such cases, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our Site. You acknowledge that, if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Site.

IDENTIFICATION You shall defend and indemnify Discountfares and its third party providers and distributors from and against any claim or cause of action brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this Web site.

OWNERSHIP AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE The Site is owned and operated by us in conjunction with others pursuant to contractual arrangements, and the Materials (and any intellectual property and other rights relating thereto) are and will remain the property of Company and its licensors and suppliers. U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other laws thereof protect the Materials and the selection, compilation, collection, arrangement and assembly, and you acknowledge that these rights are valid and enforceable. DISCOUNTFARES ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN THIS SITE OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, TEXT, IMAGES, VIDEO OR AUDIO FROM THE SITE. JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES The Site is solely directed to individuals residing in the United States. We make no representation that Materials available on or through the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. If Discountfares or its affiliates take any action to enforce this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, such parties will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled.

TERMINATION. Discountfares may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which Discountfares and its third party providers and distributors may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Discountfares and its third party providers or distributors, as applicable.

DISCLAIMER THE SITE, THE MATERIALS, ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE AND ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
