1. What should I do if I have not receive a confirmation email for my reservation?

2. How do I review/print or check status of my reservations?
To check reservation go back to our Home page, under TOOLS and SUPPORT, click on Flight Status enter booking reference number, under record confirmation, enter last name and click enter.

3. How do I change or cancel my airline reservation?
You will need to sent an email with request to reserve@discountfares.com with reservation number, passengers name, request of cancellation or changes. an agent will reply to email within 24hrs with regulations of fare. See Booking Conditions.

4. What do I need to travel with an electronic ticket?
All you need to do is print email sent to you and check in at ticket counter with a picture ID for domestic flights and passport for international flights.

5. Do I need to reconfirm my flight before departure?
Yes, Discountfares.com suggest all passengers contact airline directly at least 72hrs prior to departure for last minute schedule changes. We also suggest on all return flight, you must reconfirm flights 72hrs before departure.

6. Do my unused or partially used non-refundable airline tickets have any value?
No, once you have departed, return or unused tickets have no value.

7. How can I get a receipt for a trip I've already taken?
You can sent an email to reserve@discountfares.com with travel dates, booking reference code and passengers name. There is a fee of $15.00 for this inquiry.

8. I need to make a reservation, but someone else is paying for my ticket, what do I do?
When someone else is paying for your ticket, this is consider a third party booking. In order to make a third party reservation, you will need to go TO HOME PAGE, go to TOOLS AND SUPPORT, click on THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS, fill out the form, this will give you a tracking number, an agent will make your reservation, agent will sent an email with itinerary confirmation and credit card authorization form for payment.

10. I see a fare but system keeps telling me the fare is not available, what does this mean?
This mean that fare requested is not available for requested dates, please change dates or click on next available fare.

11. Am traveling with an infant, system is giving me fare, does this mean baby has a seat?
No, all infants pay 10% of adult full fare on all international flights. If you want your infant to have a seat, we suggest buying a child fare ticket, otherwise infant will be seating on your lap.
