In order to request a Third Party Booking, please fill out and submit the form below.

We will make the reservation and reply by e-mail within 24 hours. We charge an extra $20.00 fee per passenger for third party bookings. Fares are not guaranteed until payment is paid in full. Some Airlines do not accept Credit Card payments, merchant fee will apply.

Once you receive confirmation by e-mail or phone with booking number, Credit Card holder will need to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form, sign, and send back to us by fax along with a copy of front and back of Credit Card being used and Photo I.D.
